Diyet poaça

Bu hafta başlayacak diyet menümüzde poaça da var bende hafta sonu misafirlerim gelecekti onlara yaptıklarımın yanına birde diyet poaça ekledim çok beğendiler.
Malzemeler
1 yumurta
yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ
1 çay bardağı yoğurt
1 çay kaşığı karbonat
1 çay kaşığı tuz
1 çay bardağı ceviz
1 çay bardağı lor peyniri
doğranmış dereotu ve maydanoz karışımı (dereotu ağırlıklı  neredeyse yarım bağ)
Aldığı kadar tam buğday unu

 Hazırlanışı
1-Tüm malzemeler bir kabın içerisinde karıştırılır.
2- Daha sonra içerisine yavaş yavaş un ilave edilir.
3-Son olarak cevizden büyük parçalar kopartılıp yuvarlanır hafif üzerine bastırılarak fırın tepsisine konulur.
4-Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürülüp fırında pişirilir.  (ben ayrı bir yumurta sarısı hazırlamadım poaça için ayırdığımdan kullandım
